Responsibilities:
Commitment to driving sales of new & pre-owned vehicles in order to achieve/exceed store targets
Expand our customer network by promoting & developing new business
Actively maintaining your current customer and referral network
Follow established sales processes
Demonstrate initiative to learn & understand our products & those of the competition
Collaborate with management & colleagues to bring new ideas to light
Address & resolve customer concerns/ complaints in a professional manner
Act as a brand ambassador by professionally representing Lange & Fetter Motors at all times both online and in person
Maintaining and updating personal social media accounts with relevant content to help
build your personal brand
