Provide supervision, motivation, and daily performance monitoring for all sales staff.
Provide additional help when sales staff require assistance.
Assess outcomes such as sales leads and potential sales, including follow-up activities, and deliver timely feedback to team members.
Stay informed about current and upcoming inventory, offering recommendations to sales staff on alternative products comparable to customer preferences.
Set and uphold standards for the delivery process of vehicles to customers, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
Commit to driving sales of new & pre-owned vehicles in order to achieve/exceed store targets.
Consistently monitor and analyse financial programs and updates from manufacturers, banks, and leasing companies to strategically structure lease and financing transactions for optimal effectiveness.
Train new sales staff, or organize training sessions, while overseeing and reporting on their performance
Address and resolve various issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints.
Perform additional responsibilities as necessitated by management.

In possession of a valid Class G driver’s license with a clean record

OMVIC license is required
